Air Mortar "Perfect Grout" Filling Detection System for Internal Injection
When filling high airtight gaps over several days, this method allows for "complete filling"!
In the pipe-in-pipe construction method, mortar filling is applied using grout holes from the inner surface of the newly installed pipe. ■ It demonstrates great effectiveness for filling from grout holes in steel pipes, FRPM pipes, etc.! ■ The number of grout holes can be reduced (spaced out)! This backfill filling system not only improves fillability but also takes safety and the existing environment into consideration. Filling the gap between the existing pipe and the new pipe in the pipe-in-pipe method is one of the important processes. By eliminating the potential air pockets that may occur at the joints of the filling materials with this method, complete filling becomes possible. 【Construction Flow】 ■ 1. Install ventilation material in the existing pipe and set up the new pipe. ■ 2. Fill the filling material on the first day from the initial injection hole. ■ 3. Drill the communication holes in the filling area. ■ 4. Install a vacuum device and pressure detector in the communication holes. ■ 5. Activate the system and fill the second batch of filling material. ■ 6. Vent the air from the air pockets to achieve complete filling. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
